  In Mar 2010, Highlands told me they could do a Spring clean-up on Apr 2. I confirmed that date again with the guy who gave me the estimate. But when the day came they didn't show up so I called and was told that I needed to pay a deposit first and only then could I get on the schedule. I don't know why they didn't tell me that before. So I paid the deposit and was put on the schedule at the end of Apr which was very disappointing that it was so far off. Well, no one showed up again - so I called and they said they would get someone over but they showed up late in the day and couldn't finish. When they finished the next day they just left they didn't come get me and ask if everything was okay and it wasn't, they had forgotten to trim back some things. In Apr, I had asked for some plants in the front and in late June they put them in but only half of them made it and they said they would replace the others but never did. I would not use them again ever. There are so many landscaping companies out there to choose from that it's not necessary to put up with poor service.
